My Approach
What to expect
I've learnt over many years that jumping straight into the creative does not lead to the best outcomes. I always take a step back and get to know you first. The more I understand your business, the easier it is to make creative decisions that make sense.
① Understand
Before we work together, I want to really understand what you're trying to achieve. We'll talk about your business, what's working, what's not and where you want to go. Sometimes the answer is exactly what you expected. Other times, it's something completely different.
② Simplify
This is where we make sense of everything and get on the same page. We'll strip away the noise, focus on what matters most and work out the best approach before jumping into the creative work.
③ Create
Once the direction feels right, that's when the creative part begins. Every creative decision has a reason behind it. My goal is always to create work that feels thoughtful, useful and built around your business.
