    We’ll make sure it’s the right fit, talk through your goals, and answer anything you’re unsure about before moving forward.

    Once you’re ready, we lock in a start date and a 50% deposit secures your spot.

  • [ 4. Clarity first ]

    Before any design begins, you’ll work through your guided tool, fill out a short questionnaire, and join me for a clarity session where we’ll unpack your ideas, direction, and what you actually need.

  • [ 5. Build stage ]

    This is where everything comes together: design, refinement, and feedback working back and forth so things feel aligned as we go.

  • [ 6. Final handover ]

    Once everything is complete and final payment is made, you’ll receive your finished files or website plus a walkthrough so you know how to use everything confidently.
